Hello everyone

Meet Kev house … Kev is from a company called the Art of Brilliance. Kev was kind enough to spend some time with Cody and I discussing positive psychology, self discipline and ultimately the mindset changes that we can all make so we can achieve our best selves.

I really enjoyed this discussion and even conceded that I also had the possibility of becoming what Kev calls a 2 % er !!

Kev has been on an amazing journey since 2006 when after a diagnosis of type 1 diabetes, and a number of mental health challenges, he decided to run a marathon, read some positive psychology books that he thought were probably, in his words “wishy washy nonsense” and totally transform his life.

Kev is so full of positive messages and has such a wealth of experience. He continues to help many people on the journey towards becoming their best selves and I want to say a huge thank you to him for giving up his time to chat with us.
